Gerad Financial Services Pvt Ltd. (GFSPL) believes in adding value to our client’s business. With a vast network of vendors and contacts, we are consistently able to source and deliver material at very competitive rates with a special focus on OTD (On time delivery).

Process Management Division

We have a team of engineering experts, experienced in design and manufacturing who ensure that the sourced material is compliant with the client’s requirements. If needed, we come up with our own design solutions that can be manufactured by our supporting suppliers’ network. The Gerad quality assurance team ensures that the material is manufactured according to the given design specifications and is compliant to international norms like IEC, IS and CE. Our engineers are the conduit between the client and manufacturers to develop efficient and workable solutions for the customers.

Our procurement team has built a proficient network of manufacturers who have access to a regular supply of raw material and are able to make reliable deliveries at competitive rates. Gerad even has its own warehouse facilities in case consolidation is needed for logistics efficiency. Our process management team handles back-office operations for clients such as the Nigerian indigenous oil and gas service producer AOS Orwell Limited. The AOS Orwell back office has been in operation since 2012, and it handles internal sales, proposals, sourcing, procurement and supply chain management, project or contract management, and engineering and software development for the company.

  • Preparing costing and commercial T&C for the offer/proposal.
  • Engaging with principals, OEMs and other suppliers for pricing and technical specifications of buyout products.

  • Identifying new vendors and new products
  • Negotiate rate contracts and pricing.
  • Sourcing of products based on specifications required by project or proposal teams

Procurement and Supply Chain Management

  • Placement of PO and tracking/ expediting of orders
  • Getting best price and delivery of products as per specification and on time
  • Work with in country team for clearance of shipment on arrival and delivery to customer
  • Engage freight forwarders for shipments of products from multiple locations including consolidation and transhipments

Project/Contract Management

  • Provide project management resources for execution of large projects
  • Manage project management functions like Planning, Change management, Scheduling, Document Control, Contracting and Procurement

Engineering and Software development

  • Provide resources for backend engineering functions such as CAD, panel engineering, graphics/HMI design.
