Order to Cash or O2C‘s are processes which detail and smoothen the entire process from the order receiving to cash management, order fulfilment and payments. The order could have been received via any medium like the internet, email, phone call, SMS’s, fax by some form of Electronic Data Interchange. We support and manage a robust database management system depending on your needs to simplify order receiving, cash collection activities which could include online payment or physical cash collection and even design processes to reduce bad debt’s (helpful for lenders) which could include customer screening via credit score evaluations or checking customers Repayment track record for other loans etc.
